PLATINUM FAQ

  • Is my family included with my Platinum 2.0 membership?

    Yes! Up to one spouse & up to two kids under 21 may be added to the Platinum membership for FREE. Family members will remain on the membership for the lifetime of the primary member.

  • How do training rewards work?

    Training rewards are credits that can be used for any training class or lessons at Shoot Smart. You start with $2,000 in reward credits, and you'll redeem them online using your membership account. A team member can walk you through redemption anytime. Platinum members can purchase additional credits in $1,000 increments - call us for current promotions!

  • How does Priority Access work?

    Priority Lane Access is available for Platinum 2.0 members only. Platinum 2.0 members may call the range ahead of time on the day they plan to visit to schedule priority access. Platinum 2.0 members who have scheduled priority access will be given the next available lane after completing check in. Priority access must be scheduled in advance of the visit, by calling in to your preferred location. Call-ahead members will remain in the priority access queue for 2 hours. While this feature is not a reservation, it does provide for fast lane accessibility and schedule predictability. We hope you enjoy it!

  • May I transfer my Platinum 2.0 membership to someone else?

    Platinum 2.0 ownership may be transferred one time from the original primary member to a family member for no charge. The membership will then take effect for the lifetime of the transferee member. This option is included to provide members with the peace of mind that their investment has durability for the next generation.

  • If I buy a Platinum membership, can I change my mind for a refund?

    Yes, you can! If you buy the lump sum option, you can cancel your membership within 3 days of purchase and receive a full refund, as long as none of your membership benefits have been utilized. If you purchase the payment plan option and cancel within 3 days, you will be refunded your deposit; if you cancel after 3 days, your deposit is forfeited, but you may elect to cease monthly installment payments, at which time your membership will be cancelled. If you're considering cancelling for a refund, please let us know why so we can help you navigate this important investment decision.
